Requirements:

• Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred
• State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Previous experience working with diverse populations is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and needs
• Provide therapy services to address articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress
