Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OR RN for a contract position in Lancaster, NH. The primary role is circulating in the OR, with a strong preference for candidates who also have scrub experience. The candidate will work 5x8-hour shifts during the day. This position is ideal for an RN with a pact license, as New Hampshire is a pact state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Circulate in the OR for various procedures including ortho (total hip, total knee), general surgery, gynecology, podiatry, urology, ENT, and endoscopy.
• Manage arterial lines, central lines, and IV starts.
• Operate and monitor patients on ventilators and BiPAP machines.
• Scrub experience and Phase I recovery experience are highly preferred.

Submission Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current hospital experience in the OR. Must have circulating experience, especially with the types of surgeries mentioned.
• Skills: Must be proficient with arterial line management, central line care, IV starts, and operating ventilators and BiPAP. Scrub and Phase I recovery experience is highly preferred.
• Certifications: PALS certification is required. ACLS and BLS (AHA) certifications are also required.
• Education: BSN is preferred.
• Travel Experience: Previous travel experience is preferred but not required.
• Documentation: Candidates must submit a work history, a skills checklist (current within one year and relevant to the specialty), and at least one supervisory reference from the past two years.

License Requirements:

• New Hampshire state license or a pact license is required. Facility will not pend a license.

Certifications:

• ACLS
• BLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)
