Watertown, NY is urgently seeking experienced Med Surg RNs for a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension. If you have a passion for patient care and meet the qualifications, we want to hear from you!

Position: Med Surg Registered Nurse
Location: Watertown, New York
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 12-hour Nights (7 PM - 7:30 AM)
Requirements:

• Licensure: Current NY RN license required
• Experience: Minimum of 1 successful traveler assignment; Coronary Care experience required
• Certifications: BLS required or obtained within 3 months of hire
• Education: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Skills: Must be fortable floating to Med/Surg and PCU, with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Additional Details:

• Duties: Must possess a thorough knowledge of nursing principles and provide quality patient care. Should be able to assess patient needs, recognize safety issues, and function well in stressful situations. May be required to assume charge nurse duties.
• Travelers: First-time travelers will not be considered.
