We are seeking experienced Med Surg RNs for a 13-week assignment in Watertown, NY. The position requires night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with weekends, holidays, and on-call duties as required. The ideal candidate should be fortable floating between Med/Surg and PCU units and have experience in Coronary Care.

• License: Current NY RN license required.
• Experience:
  • Must have pleted at least 1 successful traveler assignment.
  • Coronary Care experience required.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Previous hospital RN experience is preferred.
  • First-time travelers will not be considered.
• Certifications:
  • BLS required (must be obtained within 3 months of hire if not already certified).
• Skills:
  • Thorough knowledge of nursing principles.
  • Ability to provide quality patient care and assess patient needs.
  • Strong safety awareness, especially in patient movement.
  • Ability to function well in stressful situations and possess strong problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and potentially assume charge nurse duties.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and munication skills (both written and verbal).

• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Duration: 13 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
