Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent care.

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification required.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with behavior assessment and intervention.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
