Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our educational team in Vallejo, CA, for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and will work collaboratively with educators, students, and families to foster positive behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide ongoing training and support to school staff on behavior management strategies.
• Monitor and analyze student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and behavioral data.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience working in a school setting preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
