Physical Therapist Benefits:

• $85 per visit plus flexible schedules!
• Assigned clients conveniently located near you!
• Work 10-20 hours per week

• Mileage reimbursement

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Current Colorado State license as a Physical Therapist
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Home care and elderly/senior care experience required
• Strong communication skills
• Valid Driver's License

Physical Therapist Duties:

• Assess and develop individualized treatment plans
• Train and educate patients, family members and caregivers
• Encourage patients throughout their treatment to improve health, well-being, and quality of life
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
