Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our team at our Yuma, AZ location. This role involves working within a retail/long-term care pharmacy setting, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the correct medications and guidance on their use. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who is looking to contribute to patient care in a supportive and munity-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Medication Dispensing: Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers, ensuring pliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Patient Counseling: Provide valuable information to patients regarding their medications, including proper use, potential side effects, and storage. Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans to promote adherence and effective outes.
• Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing patient inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive relationships with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Pharmacy Operations: Assist in the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, overseeing pharmacy technicians, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Licensing: Active Arizona Pharmacist License in good standing.
• Experience: Prior experience in a retail or long-term care pharmacy setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with the unique needs of long-term care patients is a plus.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent munication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A mitment to providing exceptional patient care is essential.
