New Orleans-based, non-profit health system on a mission to provide the best possible care for every person and parish in Louisiana and beyond, and to put a little more heart and soul into healthcare along the way. 

They started implementing Epic in a phased approach with the first go live in 2018. 

Throughout the current go-live, they have been experiencing issues with printer mapping, and are looking for 6 PC Technicians to help with printer support. They will also use these PC Technicians in other fashions such as hardware deployments (decommissioning the old devices and installing the new devices), imaging/re-imaging PCs, workstation deployments, helping users with file transfers, favorites, etc. can train on imaging/re-imaging but the deployment technicians will need to have prior PC installation experience.

The techs will be working at campus location in Metairie, but may be asked to travel from site to site so will need reliable transportation.
The start date is scheduled as soon as they clear through compliance and end date is 4/30/2024 (for now, may get extended).

The management team at likes candidates who are punctual and eager. If there is any downtime, the techs need to be asking what else they can do to help out. Candidates need to be punctual and communicate if there is an issue if they are running behind.  management does not like to see candidates who play on their phone during downtime.
