Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

Location: Newton, MA area

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) for full-time positions within schools in the Newton, MA area. Ideal candidates will possess the necessary qualifications and certifications required by both local and state regulations. Please see below for detailed requirements:

Requirements:

• Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Providing therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the development of IEP goals
