Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists for a full-time position within schools in the Waite Park, MN area. As a vital member of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive speech and language services to students in accordance with local and state requirements.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Minnesota.
• Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
• Previous experience working in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
• Providing direct therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' communication skills within the classroom and home environments.
• Monitoring and documenting students' progress towards goals.
• Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing input regarding students' speech and language needs.
