Position: General and 1:1 Nursing Staff
Location: Lathrop, CA

Job Details:

• Full-time positions available for the 2024-25 school year
• Hours: 7-hour days

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and perform health assessments
• Manage student health records and ensure accurate data entry
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student well-being
• Serve one school site per nurse for general duties
• Provide 1:1 support for students with specific medical needs
• Provide professional nursing services, mandated health screenings, and health education to students (0-22 years of age), parents, and district employees

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
• California Nurse Credential (can apply afterwards)
• CPR/AED Certification
• Preferred background/experience in school nursing, pediatric nursing, community health nursing, critical care nursing, medical-surgical nursing, and/or emergency room nursing
