We are seeking a talented School-Based Social Worker to join our team in Maine. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the fort of your own home while making a difference in the lives of students in need. Responsibilities:

• Provide social work services to students in a remote school setting, promoting their social-emotional well-being and academic success.
• Conduct prehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths, needs, and barriers to learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to develop individualized intervention plans for students.
• Deliver counseling services, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution to students dealing with various challenges.
• Assist students and families in accessing munity resources and support services.
• Advocate for students' rights and act as a liaison between the school, families, and external agencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Maine.
• Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school-based setting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social work theories, practices, and ethics.
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills.
• Proficient puter skills and familiarity with remote munication tools.
