Position Title: Remote School Social Worker

Pay: $35 - 42/hr

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.

• Provide individual and group counseling to address a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and peer relationships.

• Develop and implement intervention plans to support students' well-being and academic success.

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to create a supportive and inclusive school environment.

• Connect students and families with munity resources and services.

• Advocate for students' needs and ensure they receive appropriate support and acmodations.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and 504 meetings, to contribute to students' educational plans.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field.

• State licensure or LCSW, LPC, or LMSW.

• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting preferred.

• Knowledge of social-emotional learning (SEL) and mental health practices.

• Strong munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
