Pay:

• Ranges from $30-40/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead innovative IEPs with a focus on student strengths and needs.
• Provide personalized instruction and adapt lessons to keep students excited and engaged.
• Track student progress with enthusiasm, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Team up with general education teachers and specialists to create a unified support system.
• Keep detailed, accurate records of student achievements and goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Special Education (Masters is a plus!).
• Valid Virginia Special Education teaching certification.
• Hands-on experience with special needs students.
