Duties:

• Provide quality direct and consultative services based on the IFSP to enhance the child's development
• Develop IFSP's based on the educational assessment information and/or periodic reviews
• plete documentation and billing for Medicaid
• Working on a team with SLPAs, LPTAs, COTAs, and teachersto address the child's needs

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapist Licensure
