Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Williamsburg, MD. In this school-based role, you will work with students to enhance their fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities, helping them succeed both academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills to develop individualized therapy plans.
• Provide direct therapy services to students based on their needs and goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outes.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students needs and progress.
• Stay updated on best practices and developments in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Maryland.
• Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) preferred.
• Strong munication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educational staff.
• Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
