Are you an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist ready to support early childhood development? ProCare Therapy is looking for a skilled OT to join our team in Lebanon, OR. In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping young students develop essential skills in a supportive school environment.

Your Impact:

• Role: Full-time position in a dynamic and engaging school setting.
• Setting: Onsite, providing key occupational therapy services to early childhood students.
• Focus: Working with preschool to early elementary students to enhance their functional skills and independence.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, standard school day hours.

What You'll Do:

• Assess and Plan: Carry out detailed assessments and create personalized therapy plans.
• Intervene and Support: Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve students' motor skills and daily activities.
• Collaborate: Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide holistic support.
• Monitor and Adjust: Keep track of student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Engage: Provide engaging one-on-one or small group therapy sessions tailored to each child's needs.

A Day in the Life:
Start your day with a warm greeting from colleagues and the young students you'll be supporting. Mornings may involve assessments or therapy sessions aimed at developing early skills. By midday, you'll collaborate with teachers and parents to discuss strategies and progress. The afternoon will focus on more therapy sessions, documentation, and planning, all contributing to the children's development.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensure: Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Oregon.
• Experience: Experience with early childhood students preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with a passion for a school-based role.
