School Social Worker Position - 100% Teletherapy

For the forthcoming academic year, ProCare Therapy is working with a prestigious Grand Chain, Illinois school district to fill a full-time virtual School Social Worker position. You will have access to a strong clinical support network, as well as weekly competitive income and the freedom to work from home as an independent contractor.

Duties:

• Hold a Master of Social Work degree
• Possess an Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Maintain a current state license
• Conduct social assessments
• Prepare reports and goals for IEP meetings
• Provide direct services to students across grades K-22

Details:

• Full-time: Monday-Friday (30 hours per week)
• Specific scheduling details to be discussed during the Zoom interview
• Position duration: Immediate start through June 2025

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $38-$43, based on virtual experience
• Weekly payment
• Independent contractor arrangement

Technical Requirements:

• Valid license required
• Minimum of two years of school experience preferred
• Reliable home computer with high-speed internet
• Comfortable with technology (onboarding sessions provided)
• Must have your own liability insurance and be open to contractor status
