Job Description:

Are you a dedicated and licensed Social Worker in Michigan looking for a full-time virtual position? ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced Virtual Social Worker to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely, providing essential support to students across Michigan.

Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual social work services to students
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support student needs
• Conduct assessments and provide counseling as required
• Maintain detailed documentation of services provided

Requirements:

• Must hold an active MI Social Worker license
• Active LARA and 310 license required
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
