Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Salesforce Developer. The Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for our clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery within project timelines. The Senior Salesforce Developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the development of best practices and methodologies. The role is located in USA (East coast preferred) and the candidate will have flexibility to work partially remotely.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ Years of solid hands-on development experience
• Salesforce Development skills, including Apex and LWC
• Salesforce Public Sector Experience is a MUST
• At least 2+ years of experience in Salesforce OmniStudio (ex Vlocity)
• Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms
• Experience in Lightning components and Lightning Web Components
• Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mentoring junior developers is a plus
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer are a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
