Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Plano, TX

Role: Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce development, including hands-on expertise in Apex coding, API integration, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. The ideal candidate will possess Salesforce Developer I and II certifications (obtained before 2021) and demonstrate strong knowledge in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications following technical specifications, detailed design, and coding standards.
- Utilize Apex, LWC, and Flows to build and maintain robust solutions.
- Implement and manage Service Cloud features such as Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Assignment Rules, Entitlement, and Milestones.
- Design and execute integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Conduct technical walkthroughs, code reviews, and developer evaluations.
- Provide input on testing strategies, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support defect resolution during application testing phases.
- Collaborate with clients to provide expert consultation on Salesforce solutions.
- Work effectively within agile product environments.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Developer I and II certifications (completed before 2021).
- Extensive experience with Apex coding, API integration, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
- Strong background in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including expertise in relevant features.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development and integration with third-party services.
- Solid understanding of CRM applications and Salesforce development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Desired Skills:
- Expertise in REST and SOAP APIs.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex triggers, batch classes, and schedulers.
- Experience working within agile product environments.
