A leading renewable energy company with a unique, differentiated product line has engaged Peak Demand for a confidential search for their next Director of Product Management.

The Director of Software Product Management will lead a team creating and optimizing software and user interfaces that improve the customer/stakeholder experience and optimize efficiency across the overall sales and installation process. This is an opportunity to walk into an established Product Development team, and work cross-functionally to drive the product strategy forward and increase the adoption of renewable energy.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 6+ years of Software Product Management experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Proven experience developing innovative software product strategies to drive growth
• Renewable energy or construction experience is preferred, but not required
• Relevant Bachelor's Degree and MBA preferred

Salary Range: $200K - $240K + bonus
