Education and Experience: 

• 10 years of industry related experience.
• Eight (8) years’ experience supporting SDLC environments using tools such as .Net Framework, Visual Studio, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, XML, and SQL Server
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred. Preference for degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or software or computer engineering.
• Maintain credits of continuing education (CE) during contract performance - Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) App Builder or equivalent certification/training.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool such as Microsoft Copilot, other AI principles, methods, and tools used to design systems that perform and apply human-like intelligence functions such as neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing, robotics, and image recognition.

Primary responsibilities 

• Design, code, modify, and support web applications, from layout to function and according to a client's specifications. Independently create new schemas and style sheets.
• Review, modify and enhance existing schemas and style sheets.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Internet/intranet web and multimedia applications.
• Create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
• Integrate applications with database architecture, develop server scripts, establish connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.
• Utilize git-based processes and commands for source control in DevOps, cloud hosted resources like SQL servers, web app servers in Azure and AWS, and Microsoft.net Maui and Xamarin for mobile applications.
• Actively participate in team meetings; troubleshoot development and production problems, and support documentation.
• Perform complex analysis, design, and development tasks independently with minimal direction and guidance.
• Provide direction and guidance to less experienced application developers as required.

Desired Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of and Certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) principles, methods, and tools is preferred.

Clearance/Citizenship:   

• Public Trust Clearance recommended but not required   
• Must be US Citizen
