Social Media Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with Social Media Management, preferably in a business context
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, photography, and videography
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and understanding of market trends
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns
• Excellent organizational skills, including the capability to maintain a constant calendar of posts set minimum two weeks out, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.
• Proficiency in analyzing social media metrics and using data to optimize strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
