Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Social Media Coordinator/Content Creator. This role will play a crucial part in creating and implementing engaging content for our social media clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the field with clients, traveling as needed, and working on weekends. This position requires a strong ability to produce both high-quality and high-quantity content that drives performance and engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
Videography
Utilize professional equipment to create high-quality images and stories for clients.
Understand and apply basic videography principles, including shooting interviews, capturing B-roll, and adjusting camera settings to achieve the best possible image and sound quality.
Edit content using software like CapCut and Final Cut Pro, crafting engaging stories that align with clients’ brands.
Effectively communicate project vision and execute accordingly.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content tailored to each client’s needs, focusing on quality, quantity, and performance.
Create organic content using a cellphone or run-and-gun camera setup to capture authentic moments of relatability and value.
Strategize content that works for different clients and leverage platform tools to enhance performance.
Use platforms such as Canva and CapCut to produce simple videos and graphics.
Social Media Management
Use created content effectively across various social media platforms by studying trends and determining optimal placement.
Create and manage social media calendars for Florida social accounts.
Leverage tools like Canva to support calendar needs.
Review and improve social accounts based on feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field and/or equivalent years of experience in content creation, videography, and social media management.
Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms such as Canva and CapCut.
Strong understanding of videography principles and editing software like Final Cut Pro.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
