Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Clinical Director for a growing organization near Clark, NJ. This is a first-in-class residential treatment center whose focus is on helping those struggling with drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring behavioral disorders. We employ multiple therapies, including individual, group, and family counseling so patients can achieve long-term abstinence from negative addictive behaviors.
Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 (Negotiable) + comprehensive health benefits, bonuses, 401k + company match, STD/LTD, Life insurance, Portal for CEUs, and Education Reimbursement!
Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday
Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Licensed Counselor for the state of New Jersey, LCSW or LPC and ACS or CCS required
- You can still be in the process of obtaining your ACS or CCS
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to the staff
- Work director with the Clinical Director to assist in administrative supervision
- Facilitate multi-disciplinary staff meetings
- Perform assessments and other clinical services
- Previous experience with Evidence-Based treatments, CBT, and DBT is preferred
