Clinical Director - Behavioral Health Facility in Tucson, AZ
We are seeking a Clinical Director for our leading behavioral health facility in Tucson, AZ. This brand new role, created due to company expansion, is perfect for a licensed counselor or social worker passionate about leading a team and making a difference in their community.
Summary
As Clinical Director, you will:
- Establish program direction
- Monitor management of program resources
- Coordinate overall service delivery and personnel administration at our outpatient clinics
- Ensure provision of quality and cost-effective integrated services
- Work with community partners, business leaders, and other programs to expand our facility's programming
- Make our facility the agency of choice for patient referrals and contract expansion

Job Highlights- Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) with rotating on-call duty (mostly phone calls, on-site visits rare and mainly for extreme crisis situations)

- Competitive Salary: 104,000 - 115,000 annually (up to 135,000 for exceptional candidates)
- On-call stipend: 670 per month

Requirements- Independent License in Social Work (LPC/LCSW)
- Ability to supervise a diverse staff population (from BHTs to peer support)
- At least 1 year of experience with inpatient care and crisis management
- 3-5 years or more experience in a supervisory or management role
