**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for providing support to the accounting department, maintaining tax statements , processing payments of orders ,ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, able to compile and analyze data , and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

**Duties:**

- Prepare and process accounts receivable working with Shopify ,Amazon , E-Bay, PayPal and Webgility, ensuring timely and accurate payments to our company.

- Maintain and reconcile accounts and inventory, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting principles.

- Conduct sales tax analysis and research to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments.

- Utilize accounting software,including Quick Books and Webgility to prepare and manage financial reports, including general ledger accounts .

- Perform general ledger accounting and reconciliation, including identifying and correcting errors.

- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

- Perform routine math calculations and data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Provide support to the accounting team with financial reporting, and financial analysis.

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in accounting software, including Quick Books.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and general ledger accounting.

- Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Ability to conduct tax research and payments.

- Excellent math skills and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

- Familiarity with financial reporting.

- Data Analytics

Experience:

Ability to Commute:
