Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our friendly team! (We're also looking for a part-time MSR. This position would not include benefits.)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the members and the credit union
- Provide account information by phone or in person
- Provide a variety of transactional services to members
- Provide information on the full range of credit union products and services
- Resolve issues and professionally handle member’s daily needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with members
- Ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail
- Positive, courteous and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in a financial institution is a plus
