DIRECT HIRE! We are hiring experienced LCSW's, LMFT's and LPC's for direct hire opportunities in Colorado for a wide range of programs and populations from children to older adults. We are looking for candidates who have a strong desire for knowledge and learning, can work in a fast-paced environment, are organized and able to prioritize, and work well while around other therapists during all shifts. This candidate should also be willing to step in and help with a variety of tasks during an average day, and work well with a variety of inter-disciplinary staff.
About the team.
Our Crisis Services division is a part of a statewide crisis initiative that provides resources for mental health, substance use and/or emotional crisis help, information and referrals. Our crisis services include a 24/7 Walk in Crisis Clinic that provides mental health assessments and referrals for individuals experiencing any self-defined crisis. We also operate a 24/7 16-bed adult Crisis Stabilization Unit that provides bed-based mental health treatment. All employees who work in Crisis Services are expected to work on-site with clients and are provided with all necessary PPE.
Requirements:
Licensed Therapist and Psychologist: at least two years clinical experience providing care including conducting individual, family and/or group therapy.
Professional licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC.), Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PSYD).
Knowledge of theories and evidence-based practices related to clinical treatment.
Ability to learn and utilize an electronic health record with proficiency.
Solid understanding of mental illness and treatment modalities within multidisciplinary approach.
Knowledge of DSM-V.
Ability to understand and effectively respond to all client presentations and crisis situations.
Ability to document interactions with clients, other agencies and mental health professionals.
