Job Description
The Field Service Robotics Engineer will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to install, maintain, repair, and upgrade robotics and automation equipment. This role will diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues, perform repairs and rebuilds, and develop maintenance plans. The engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system performance, provides technical training and support, and analyzes system performance for improvements.
Requirements
- · A Technical degree or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- · 4+ years of experience in Fanuc field service and shop rebuilds (Preferred)
- · Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications and programming formats such as Fanuc, ABB, Epson, Kuka, etc.
- · Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting
Position Classification
- This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Depending on the needs of the business, the ability to work more than 40 hours/week and/or weekends may be required.
