We are seeking a Human Resource Manager to become a part of team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.
Ideal candidate MUST live in the City of Chicago.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in HR with a concentration in Labor Relations or Employee Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
Two years of experience in HR, employment law and discrimination issues, or related field
Experience working as a paralegal desirable
Combination of education and experience maybe be taken into consideration based on the applicant's credentials
Knowledge of HR Management principles, knowledge of labor and employee relations practices
Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws including Title IX of the Educational Amendment of 1972, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and Amendments Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
