Job DescriptionCompany Description
The human Resource manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practice and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management training, training and development and compliance with the California laws. The ideal will have strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive HR strategies that align with the company goals
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience
- Computer skills Excel / Microsoft
- Knowledge of all Human Resources such as but not limited to *payroll, EDD, FMLA, meal penalties, and California labor laws and codes.
