We are a fast-paced strong growth company we currently have approximately 80 employees and expect to add 20 to 30 new employees in assembly, welding, machining, engineering, sales, QC, and other departments in the near future.

OVERVIEW
This position will have the responsibility of recruiting, improving, and implementing new policies, programs, and practices. Experience in recruiting and retaining talent to meet growth is required.
Administers benefits programs such as life, health, 401k plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. Provide leadership and expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs and strategic development.
Oversee HR programs and processes in compliance with local, state, federal/country regulations. Implements and annually updates compensation program; helps to rewrite job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary survey.
Develops, recommends, updates, and implements personnel policies and procedures. Maintains employee handbook on policies and procedures and performs benefits administration to include claims resolution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Overseas the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
· Actively recruiting and helping to select the best talent through testing, interviewing. Counselling managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes in organizations policies.
· Making use of social networking tools for attracting talent to the organization.
· Prepares employees for growth opportunities within the company by working with department heads on establishing and monitoring employee skills improvement.
· Scheduling and conducting performance evaluations; recommends, plans, and implements pay structure revisions.
· Training managers to coach for performance and discipline employees. Schedules regular conferences between managers and employees; hearing and resolution of employee grievances; counseling, training employees and supervisors.
· Administers benefits programs such as life, health, 401K plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
· Manages Payroll for the organization with guidance from CFO. Maintains accurate time records and report payroll data to outside agencies.
· Overseas organization wide safety training program to ensure compliance to policies and practices.
· Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records and representing the organization at hearings. Possesses detail understanding of current labor laws and OSHA regulations.
· Develops and implements educational workshops and seminars to continuously improve employee’s skills, productivity, and organizational growth. Counsel’s employees on future growth opportunities through identification of training programs.
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Human Resource Generalist in over 100 employee organization.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and employees.

PREFERRED SKILLS
· Recruiting social media, job fairs, trade schools.
· Experience in recruiting management and technical personnel.
· PHR or SPHR or equivalent Certification preferred.
