A leading healthcare organization with multiple locations is seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional HR Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Regional HR Manager to provide HR expertise and guidance to support achievement of the assigned region operation and regional leadership. 

Key Responsibilities:

·   Perform duties assigned by the Human Resources Director and/or regional leadership.

·   Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall company and assigned region goals.

·   Partner with regional leadership to understand business needs and provide HR guidance.

·   Serve as a point of contact for employees in the region, addressing concerns and resolving issues.

·   Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

·   Oversee recruitment processes to attract, hire, and retain top talent.

·   Partner with local leadership to develop and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover.

·   Ensure Compliance with all federal, state and local labor laws and regulations.

·   Manage and mitigate HR-related risks.

·   Perform other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned.

Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

·  Two to four years of experience in human resources role.

·  Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

·  Strong problem-solving and conflict -resolution abilities.

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

·  Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·  Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
