LHH has partnered with a growing industrial packaging form to hire their next Bilingual Human Resources Manager

Your Role:

Employee Relations: Provides day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling.

Payroll & Benefits: payroll processing, time and attendance recording, paid time off benefits, processing company compensation and benefits programs

Develop and implement HR strategies: Align HR initiatives with overall business strategy.

Manage recruitment and selection: Attract high-quality candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Support human capital development: Engage, motivate, and preserve employees.

Ensure legal compliance: Translate HR documents and handle employee relations in multiple languages

Minimum Requirements:

Bilingual – Spanish/English with native fluency

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or a related field

3 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications:

PHR/SPHR certification

Demonstrated ability to model leadership behaviors continually, partnering with business leaders in a dynamic business setting

Knowledge of Federal/State laws as they pertain to human resources administration.

Strong conflict resolution skills
