We are seeking a Project Coordinator who has previous experience in the Construction industry for a new and exciting opportunity with an industry leader organization. Any candidates must have previous Project Coordinator and Project Accounting Administration experience. This opportunity is available and will hire quickly. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Document and maintain project billing, invoicing, budget data, and inventory costs
• Create and maintain subcontracts and corresponding information
• Document and update change orders and cost adjustments
• Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, Accounting, Field Workers, and various departments
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• 3+ years within the Construction or a similar Project based industry
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred (not required)
• Blended experience with Project Coordination, Administration, some Accounting
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
