We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry and general labor tasks. Carpenters will work closely with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest standards of quality.
Primary Duties:
- Perform carpentry work according to required specifications and blueprints
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
- Assist with concrete forming, tile laying, masonry work, and roof repairs
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks as needed
- Restore and renovate structures as directed
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in plumbing, concrete forming, tile laying, and roof repairs
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Experience with assembling structures using various materials
- Knowledge of masonry work and concrete forming techniques
- Competence in using power tools for cutting, shaping, and joining materials
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in heavy lifting tasks
- Familiarity with restoration projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in carpentry.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other design documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to use common hand tools and power tools.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and dust.
- Must have valid driver’s license and supply own transportation; travel required.
- Have small hand tools as required.
- Learn the position and basic responsibilities within 30 days.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
