We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Commercial Account Manager Assistant to support our account management team in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. This fully remote position allows for flexibility but also requires strong self-management skills.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities:
- Assist Commercial Account Managers in managing a book of commercial insurance business.
- Utilize Applied Epic to maintain accurate records of all client interactions, policy renewals, and endorsements.
- Perform data entry and validation in Applied Epic, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Account Manager to prepare quotations, proposals, and insurance summaries for current and prospective clients.
- Review and analyze policy documents, endorsements, and audits for accuracy.
- Generate certificates of insurance, ID cards, and policy change requests.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials for client meetings.
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and performing general clerical tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial insurance.
- Applied Epic experience is strongly preferred.
- California Insurance License preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
