SUMMARY: The Site Operations Manager plans, organizes, and evaluates the daily operations of the health center. He/she supervises both the clinical and administrative support staff at their respective sites. Responsible for coordinating patient flow and facilitating resolution of MIS issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience in a health care setting required.
Computer literate
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be qualified in Basic Life Support techniques
Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be capable of exercising sound judgment when dealing with patients, staff and community at large
Ability to interface effectively with members of a culturally and professionally diverse staff and population
Must demonstrate strong multi-tasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
