Location: Philadelphia and Spring House, PA

Embrace Dermatology and Aesthetics is currently seeking a candidate with exceptional customer service and excellent work ethic to join our team as a Medical Assistant. The environment is a new Dermatology practice with two locations; role may apply to both locations. We are committed to providing the best experience and care for our patients. This is a part time or full time position.

Duties to include:

• Assisting physician in providing quality care to patients
• Maintain patients' medical records, scribe for dermatology visits
• Review and obtain medical history (experience with EMA Modernizing Medicine Electronic Medical Record system Preferred)
• Obtain appropriate consents
• Perform patient call backs

Other duties may include:

• Checking patients In and Out
• Rooming patients
• Sanitizing and cleaning respective areas as needed
• Stocking/restocking rooms

Qualifications include:

• CPR certification strongly preferred or ability to obtain certification within 4 weeks of employment
• Experience with EMA electronic medical record is Preferred
• Ability to learn and understand medical terminology
• At least one year of Dermatology experience Required
• MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program preferred
• Must have valid license and transportation to commute between locations
