SunPlus Data Group is looking for a Business Analyst/Technical Writer for the State of VA in Richmond.

  • PAY RATE: 1099 / CTC: $68/hr ; W2 Hourly: $60/hr
  • Duration: 12 months with possibility of extending
  • Hours are M-F, 40 hrs per week day shift

*This position is hybrid- candidates must work 3 days per week onsite in Richmond and the other 2 days remote

*It usually takes 2-3 weeks for interviews to start

Experience required:

  • 6+ years of proven experience in systems documentation to include source code, technical documentations including user documentation, how-to guides, integration guides, computer systems operation guides and product specifications that increase the experience of the digital platform.
  • Translate Developer documentation into a technical document for all to understand.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Information technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Experience working with other technical experts, such as engineers and software developers, to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand.
  • Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
  • Strong research and analytical skills and very detail oriented.
  • Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Excellent technical writing skills and verbal communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
