Primary Job Duties:
- Greeting and assisting patients
- Rooming patients
- Patient intake (& EMR documenting)
- Patient vitals
- Preparing patient files
- Data entry and filing
- Rooming
- Making appointments
- Aiding office staff as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related medical assistant experience and certification
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems
- Must be computer savvy and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Must have excellent patient relation and customer services skills
- Must have open availability to work a designated 40 hour schedule weekly
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- Reliable transportation is required.
**Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
