WE ARE SEARCHING FOR A DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE LOLO MONTANA AREA.

• Directs the development of compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training strategies for the hospital and clinics, ensuring alignment with the organization's philosophy and policies.
• Represents the company during contract negotiations, leading management teams in discussions. Manages the implementation of labor agreements and consults with legal counsel on matters related to union contracts, legal issues, and compliance.
• Stays informed on trends in human resource management, guiding the People Services team in both strategic and operational planning to address the organization’s short-term and long-term HR needs.
• Consults with senior leaders, offering expertise in organizational assessment, employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and change leadership to enhance organizational capacity.
• Designs organizational structures that efficiently support business strategies, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Coaches all levels of leadership and employees on policies, conflict resolution, and change management to foster a fair and equitable workplace.
• Maintains positive working relationships with unions and their members, ensuring smooth administration of collective bargaining agreements.
• Coordinates and assists in contract negotiations, implementation, and ongoing administration of collective bargaining agreements.
• Analyzes data to detect potential workplace trends, addressing concerns with management and recommending improvements to the work environment.
• Remains current on state and federal employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization.
• Leads training sessions on company policies, benefits, coaching techniques, and communication strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
• 10+ years of human resources experience in a leadership role
• Union experience is required
