Job Title: Medical Assistant

we are committed to delivering top-notch healthcare to our community, and we’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. This role is available as either a part-time or full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
  • Prepare and maintain examination rooms
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Collect specimens and assist with lab work
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:

  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in a medical setting preferred
  • Certification as a Medical Assistant or Podiatric Assistant
Education and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a medical program preferred
  • Familiarity with sterilization, fluoroscopy instrumentation, and X-rays
  • Excellent social skills and compassion for patients
