Glades Talent is working with a standout Home Health agency looking to bring aboard a talented Billing Manager for the Palm Beach County area.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Billing Manager to oversee and lead the billing and collections process for our Medicare agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the home health and Medicare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle NOA submissions and follow-ups.
• Lead billing and collections efforts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team for month-end tasks.
• Oversee agency billing, AR, and payments, maintaining compliance.
• Coordinate with multiple home health agency administrators on billing activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in billing and collections within a Medicare agency.
• Familiarity with Axxess is a plus.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work 100% in-office.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $65k-$75k
• Standard benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO.
