Solano County is seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst Principal (Software Engineer). In this pivotal role, you will serve as a solution architect, driving the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions across all County departments. Your expertise in the Microsoft technology stack, particularly Power Platform, Azure, and various programming languages, will be essential in creating scalable, robust, and efficient software applications. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful development, implementation, and delivery of innovative software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience with Microsoft Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, Visual Studio, and Microsoft Azure. You should possess in-depth knowledge of the entire Power Platform stack and be adept at developing Canvas and Model-Driven applications. Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and creating custom connectors is crucial. Additionally, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, relational databases, and web APIs will be valuable. This principal-level position demands strong technical capabilities, team spirit, and a customer-centric mindset.
