Solano County's Department of Information Technology is seeking an experienced IT Analyst IV – Software Engineer to join their dynamic team. This senior-level role is focused on designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting solution components utilizing Microsoft Azure and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have over three years of relevant experience with C#, ASP.net, RESTful Web APIs, and Power Platform. Proficiency with JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Microsoft Azure is essential. You will also be adept in creating scalable, robust, and efficient solutions aligned with business objectives. Strong collaboration skills are required as you will work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Candidates should have a deep understanding of the Power Platform stack, experience with Dataverse, and the ability to create custom connectors for PowerApps and Power Automate. Knowledge of data privacy, information security best practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential.
