Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's involvement in conferences, ensuring effective representation through well-designed booths, skilled staffing, and impactful material preparation. Work in tandem with various departments to ensure event objectives complement overall company goals and marketing initiatives. Develop and maintain robust relationships with vendors, event organizers, and stakeholders.

Curate an engaging webinar calendar, focusing on topics that promise high participant engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance webinar visibility and impact.

Plan and execute customer and user group events with a focus on creating memorable experiences that foster strong client relationships.

Manage event budgets by optimizing resource allocation and conduct thorough post-event evaluations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event management, preferably within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

· Exceptional attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

· Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
